First, I would truly like to thank you Dr. B for everything you did to help me with this class. I truly appreciate you and learned a lot from your insight. You are truly an individual with great patience and love your craft.
To answer the question as a learner on how I think, feel and act based on the new knowledge that I have learned in this class, I would say it is not easy being a community nurse. lol
Being a nurse is not an easy task in it by itself, but, in this class i was able to put myself in a community nurse shoes and how I would contribute to my community to make it better. I learned a lot about my community and it's needs and resources. I'm proud of my community and all of it's resources available to the melting pot that is Miami. As to my new journey of knowledge application in the real world which is the operating room for me, is to understanding that working together gets a lot more done than working alone. i have learned that by communication and putting ideas together with other medical professionals big accomplishments can be conquered.
