(this question will be out of 40 marks unlike the first 2 questions that are out of 30 marks, so the last question should be perhaps a bit longer or more detailed than the others) Include the financial situation of these countries who just don’t have the capacity. However well Glasgow did, some countries just can’t manage it (economy, resources. no infrastructure?hotels, climate?)
