You will also advocate for a selected element of your plan in front of a group of your nursing peers. Your strategic plan should: Advocate for nursing’s involvement. Describe the political environment or climate that you believe will support the intervention. Demonstrate your political activism. Intervention Plan Paper Submit an 8–10 page paper in which you present your strategic plan for your chosen intervention. Describe the evidence-based intervention or solution you are advocating to address the policy gap. Identify 3–5 articles that focus on the solution. Evaluate the intervention to ensure that it will address the gap or clinical concern, address any issues of social justice and equity, and provide an ethical solution. Create a high-level plan for implementing the intervention. Create a detailed plan for the first two weeks of the intervention strategy.
